Nine bedrooms, all with bath/ shower and toilet en-suite; colour TV; radio alarm; electric fan; hairdryer; coffee/teamaking. We have two single rooms; five double rooms; and two family/twin rooms.

Families are welcome, but please note we do not have the facilities to accommodate children under 3 years old.

Pets
We are a 'Pet Friendly' B&B (dogs). There is a section of 'sandy beach' just below us where dogs are allowed all year .. between Knightstone and the Grand Pier. Then just round the corner, a two minute walk away is Grove Park. Dogs are also allowed on the beach between the south end of the Prom and the village of Uphill; and to the north of us, a short drive beside Weston Woods is Kewstoke and Sand Bay, where there are no dog restrictions.

Directions
From the Grand Pier drive along the sea front with the sea on your left. After the Winter Gardens Pavilion, take the next turning to the right (at the Cabot Court Hotel). Take the first turning LEFT at Weston College, drive up the hill past the Church, and Victoria Park is the first turning right after the left hand bend. We are on the right, opposite the Queenswood Hotel. Park anywhere in the cul-de-sac.

Parking
There is unrestricted parking in the cul-de-sac, on either side of the street, but we also have private "off road" parking should parking be a problem.

Directions & Getting Here 

Arriving By Car: Drive North from the Grand Pier (with the sea on your left); after the Winter Gardens Pavilion take the next turning right (at the Cabot Court Hotel). Take the first left at Weston College. Victoria Park is the second turning on the right.

Arriving By Train: Main station is Weston-super-Mare. For a Taxi (if not one waiting) ring 01934 413413.

Arriving By Bus/Coach: All coaches arrive at the Coach Park, right next to the Railway Station. For a taxi ring 01934 413413.

Price quoted is "per person" Bed and Breakfast.

Short Break: £60-£70
Price is "per person" for two nights. The lower price is "without breakfast".

Weekend: £60-£70
Price quoted is "per person" for two nights. The lower price is "without breakfast".

Bed and Breakfast is £35 per person per night. B&B weekly price is £210 per person.
We also do a price "without breakfast" .. £30 per person per night (£180 per week)

Quiet Cul-de-sac
Set in a quiet cul-de-sac, with unrestricted on-street parking, we are only a two minute walk from the sea front ... with sandy beach ... and only a short way from the Playhouse Theatre, High Street and Shopping Centre. So, close to everything yet sufficiently far back from the hustle and bustle to enjoy a peaceful and relaxed holiday.
