From the A55 expressway from either Bangor or Chester, take the B5106 from Conwy and travel for three miles.at t the Groes Public House, turn right towards Rowen. After ½ mile, turn right. After 100 metres keep to the left and Gwern Borter Country Manor can be found on the left hand side.

Arriving By Car: from Conwy Take the B5106 for 3 miles then turn right for Rowen. Exactly 0.5 miles by a bus stop turn right, signposted to Gwern Borter Manor 100 meters by the post box turn left were there on the left.

Arriving By Train: Llandudno Junction just 3 miloes away so get a cab only about £6

Nearest Airport: Manchester or Liverpool

Luxury Country Manor House furnished in period style. Victorian 4 poster available, with eight 4 star self catering cottages sleeping from 2 to 8 persons per unit standing in 12 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens in the most idyllic mountain setting close to the historic walled town of Conwy and the coast.

Horse riding (beginners welcome), cycle hire, gym and sauna, games room, kids play area with free bikes, farm zoo, pond with ducks and geese, and a medicinal herb garden. We are in the Snowdonia National park at the foot of the Talyfan Mountain
