Look Out Room
The Look Out Room - Kingsize Bed . The room also has a Shower En-suite with towels supplied. The Look Out room also has private independent side access so that you may come and go as you please.

The Sail Loft Suite
This large room has it's own private access, en-suite shower room & LCD TV with FREEVIEW. Entrance is to a ground floor lobby / dining area. Stairs leading to gallery bedroom which has a fantastic Super King-size Bed or, if you would prefer, for bookings 3 nights or more a Twin Room with two long 6'3" x 3ft Beds

The Compass Cabin
The Compass Cabin can be used by people with limited mobility. Access is independent via a ramp leading to a mobility threshold into a beautifully decorated room. Twin Room with two long 6'3" x 3ft Beds or if you book more than 1 night a Superkingsize bed is available. This room also has an en-suite shower and an LCD TV with DVD, in the bedroom... not in the shower.

Family Suite
The family suite is the Sail Loft and the Compass Cabin together. Both rooms are joined by an interconnecting door.

Living & Facilities 

Galley Restaurant
Access to the dining room is via a large deck area constructed with anti-slip walkways. The deck will overlook a large illuminated Koi pond with a stunning water blade fountain. Just used for breakfast now

Decking
Breakfasts can be served alfresco on the deck so you may enjoy a summer evening in each others company or with friends, new or old. Enjoy the views of Kingley Vale over the rolling South Downs as you sip your wine and drink in the sunset. After the sun goes down watch as the stars appear (no light pollution) and snuggle down with one of our snug wraps and your own crackling fire in one of our chiminey's before finally retiring

Arriving By Car: Coming from Chichester pass the Woolpack Inn and the Bulls Head public houses and head out of Fishbourne. Pass Hilliers on your left, there are two traffic islands which is the turning into Ham Farm. We are the 1st house on the right

Arriving By Train: Catch the Train to Chichester that get the 700 or 56 Bus from the Bus Stn or a cab is about £10-12. At Bosham Stn No cabs. We are about half a mile from Bosham Stn. Head toward Bosham past the shops. Trn Left at Roundabout for 1/4 mile.

Arriving By Bus/Coach: Get of at Chichester Bus Stn and get a 56 (every hour until 5:30ishpm) or the 700 Coastliner ask for and get off at Chequers Lane stop. Tell the driver 'That's the one 2 stops before The White Swan Roundabout'. Get off the bus, cross the road

Nearest Airport: Fly over Bosham at 5000ft. Jump out or wait until Gatwick and then drive back. The second way takes longer, about 1hr 15mins, but doesn't hurt as much.
