Bedrooms & Sleeping 

Main Bedroom
The main bedroom has a double bed, a triple wardrobe, has room for a cot and has a vaulted ceiling.

Second Bedroom
This has twin beds with a chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe.

Third Bedroom
This small bedroom is a favorite with the children, though small has maximized the space, with a single bed, and a cabin bed built over the stairwell, this does have steps up to the bed and is suitable for children over the age of 5 or an agile adult. This room also has a vaulted ceiling and a skylight.

Living & Facilities 

lounge
The lounge has a log fire, 3 seater & 2 recliner chairs plus another easy chair, Tv with freeview satellite, dvd, beamed ceiling and french doors out to the conservatory where you can sit and enjoy the wildlife whatever the weather. The conservatory has two easy chairs and an extending table that can seat 6. There are views over the patio area and rural views. Stairs from the lounge lead up to the Bedrooms.

Kitchen
The Kitchen has a gas hob/ electric cooker, a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There is a fullsize fridge freezer along with a breakfast table and four chairs

Bathroom
toilet, wash-hand basin and a bath with a shower over. Nb shower is off the bath taps so not that powerful due to header pressure from the hot water tank behind.

Outside
A door from the conservatory leads out onto a patio area with table and seating, a BBQ and parasol is provided, its quite a sun trap. There is a enclosed garden area.

Parking
There is parking for a number of cars, we are built on rock however and the parking area can get a little wet in areas after prolonged and heavy rain. We have worked over the winter on drainage solutions to try to improve this.

Location & Surroundings 

Llanelli
a short drive to the Millennium Coastal Park (MCP) which occupies approximately 10 miles of coastline on the Burry Estuary. The park offers superb views along its length of the Gower Peninsula. The Gower was the first designated area of outstanding natural beauty in the UK. The town is only 3 miles away and has plenty of shopping in the centre and in Parc Trostre and Parc Pemberton our retail parks.

Motor Racing & Horse Racing
Pembrey Motor Racing Circuit is for the more adventurous - bikes, cars, go karts, lorries and formula Ford racing all happens during the year and there's also a horse racing circuit Ffos Las in our local village Trimsaran.

Castles & Gardens
Carmarthenshire has many wonderful Castles to visit including Kidwelly, Carrig Cennen, Laugharne to name a few. Gardens, include the National Botanic garden and Aberglassney

Beaches
Cefn Sidan beach pembrey is one of the best beaches in Wales it has 8 miles of sandy beach where there is plenty of room for everyone. A pass is provided to the park which also has dunes, forest wales, a dry ski slope and tobbagan run, crazy golf, bike hire, if the weather is good you could be anywhere in the world!! The natural beauty of the Gower peninsula with its water sports, climbing and hang-gliding are an adventurous day out.
