BedroomsOff the ground floor hallway is the first of the two bedrooms, with a double bed and en suite shower room. The second double bedroom lies off the living area and also has the same lovely view of Longis bay. There is also a second bathroom with freestanding bath.

...directly opposite the beachLes Pourciaux Cottage is self catering cottage at Les Pourciaux, Alderney, situated on Longis Common directly opposite the beach. The cottage is attached to the main house but has its own entrance on the ground floor. From the entrance hall a spiral staircase leads up to a good sized open plan kitchen/living/dining room with stunning views of Fort Raz, Longis Bay and Essex Hill.
...superb views over Longis BayOutside there is parking and the cottage has its own outdoor furniture and seating area. A private picnic area for cottage guests is situated on higher ground and also offers superb views over Longis Bay.

Directions & Getting Here
Arriving By Car: The cottage is only a 5 minute drive from Alderney's tiny airport, come out of the airport car park, turn right and keep going until you reach Longis Bay. The cottage is on your left directly opposite the beach.
Tariff & Pricing
Week: £850-£895
£895 per week for the whole cottage in High season (June, July, Aug, Sept and Xmas/NY).
Rest of year £850 per week.
Short Break: £375
We accept bookings of minimum 3 nights in low season only at £375.00
Weekend: £375
We accept bookings of minimum 3 nights in low season only at £375.00
From £28.40 per person per night (based on four people sharing the cottage in low season for one week)
High Season is May-Sept inclusive and only stays of 7 nights at £895 per week are normally accepted
