Bedrooms & Sleeping 

Master Bedroom
King sized divan bed; fitted wardrobes, drawers and dressing table. This room benefits from its own ensuite facility. Situated at the rear of the lodge it is a very quiet room.

Bedroom 2
The first twin-bedded room offers two standard sized divan beds with shared 3 drawer bedside cabinet, it has a fitted wardrobe and dressingtable with light over. At the rear of the lodge, this is a quiet room ideal for children.

Bedroom 3
The second twin-bedded room is slightly smaller than bedroom 2 and offers two bunk sized divan beds with a shared 3 drawer bedside cabinet. It has a fitted wardrobe and dressingtable with light above.

Travel Cot
We provide a travel cot in the lodge as standard, together with bedding for our very youngest guests.

Living & Facilities 

Living Area
This light and airy open plan area is fully carpeted and has a log effect electric fire for chillier evenings. Furnished with a three piece suite and coffee table it is a place for relaxation. The flat screen TV has built in Freeview and a DVD player. There are double doors accessing the external decking area.

Dining Area
The large table and six chairs provide ample space for the whole family to enjoy a meal together. A highchair is provided as standard for the use of our young guests.

Kitchen
Almost home from home! The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances - a gas oven and hob with extractor above; a generously sized fridge/freezer; a washing machine and a microwave oven. A wide range of cooking utensils is provided together with all cutlery, china and glassware.

Family Bathroom
Shared by bedrooms 2 and 3 it has a modern white suite comprising handbasin with mirrored cabinet above and shaver point; bath with shower over (including full-length plastic safety mat) and toilet. Towels provided.

Master Bedroom Ensuite
Accessed from the bedroom or from the hallway (this door can be locked) it has a modern white suite comprising large shower (with plastic safety mat); toilet and handbasin with mirrored cabinet above. Towels provided.

External Area
Decking extends across the front of the lodge and down the side to the main entrance door. It is enclosed by a handrail and a gate has been added for the safety of younger guests. A large wooden table and six chairs are provided so that you can enjoy dining al fresco.

Site Facilities
Guests can use the indoor swimming pool, fitness room and steam room, cosy bar and entertainment area, Foxy Club for children (see information on site), take-away and shop. WiFi is available in the Reception area. Guests may also use the facilities at Trelawne Holiday Park, although there may be charges for some activities.

Location & Surroundings 

Site
Coddy's Lodge is situated in a quiet location on Killigarth Manor Holiday Park. It is ideally placed to enable guests to explore much of Cornwall's unique coastline and its many attractions such as The Lost Gardens of Helligan; Newquay; Carnglaze Caves; Dozmary Pool; Falmouth; Padstow and many others.

Polperro
The quintessential Cornish fishing village and a must for visitors to the area. It has many excellent restaurants, pubs and tearooms. There is a small general store, a bakery and a pasty shop. For anyone keen on knitting, a visit to Alternative Polperro will delight. There is a small sandy beach at the end of the harbour and a fascinating Pirates and History Museum telling the history of the village.

Looe
A working fishing port with a wide range of shops, including a chemist, two supermarkets and banks as well as a good range of smaller, individual shops. It has a lovely sandy beach that often has entertainment for young people during the summer. Crabbing off the quayside is also fun. There is a children's play area in the main car park and a boating lake.

Directions & Getting Here 

Arriving By Car: From Looe follow signs to Polperro. About 4 miles on turn left at sign for Killigarth Manor Holiday Park. Opposite main venue turn Right into lodge and caravan site. Take first access road left and follow round. Coddy's Lodge (219) is on your left.

Arriving By Train: Train to Plymouth and then by bus or taxi to Looe and Polperro. Plymouth is 30 minutes from Looe. Alternatively, train to Liskeard and bus or taxi thereafter.

The Restaurant is open daily from 6.00pm to 9.00pm (closed Tuesdays) serving home-cooked food made to order. Roast Dinner on Sunday evenings with choice of three meats. Chef''s Corner Takeaway open 7 days a week from 5.00pm to 10.00pm. Smugglers' Bar with entertainment during the season.
