Living & Facilities

We are delighted to introduce Newton Manor Grange, located on a small exclusive development of beautifully designed homes. With large picture windows this upside down house takes full advantage of the views, across the seaside town of Swanage to the sea and the Isle of Wight beyond.

Both double rooms benefit from en-suite facilities with the ground floor bathroom acting as a family bathroom with a lovely Jack n Jill design. Both ground floor bedrooms have access to the private, secure patio and garden, with views to the shared pond and grassed area, which is behind sturdy garden railings, making this a safe environment for children.

Swanage hosts numerous festivals and events throughout the year, and is home to a wealth of attractions: from its award winning Blue Flag beach and Victorian Pier, to the beautiful countryside.

The Swanage Railway, one of the best preserved standard gauge steam railways in the UK, runs from Swanage to Norden through the beautiful isle of Purbeck and passes close to the famous ruins of Corfe Castle. Nearby places to visit include Durlston Country Park, Putlake Adventure Farm, Lulworth Cove, Studland & Wareham.
