Spacious front bedroom with bay window. King sized bed with extra single bed available so room can be a family room. Rear bedroom is twin ( which can be superking by prior arrangement) There are two travel cots available for the property.

Upper Moatville
Two large twin bedrooms (one can be superking by prior arrangement) and a single bedroom. There is an additional shorter bed available (5ft 9in so ideal for children) . The lounge has a bed settee which sleeps one person.

Cots & childs bed
The property has two travel cots and one childs bed which can be used in the Upper or Lower apartment

Location & Surroundings 

Cupar town centre
Moatville is located on a quiet residential street just off the main A91. The back garden gate opens onto the Co op supermarket which is open from 7am-10pm for all your essentials including instore bakery and good selection of wines/beers. The main town centre is just a few minutes walk away and the train station is within 10 minutes walk. There is free on street parking immediately outside house and there is additional free parking behind.

Prices are based on one apartment, discounts are given where both apartments are booked together. We offer DIY breakfasts and daily or mid stay service cleans as optional extras. Longer stays are offered the lower rates

Short Break: £250-£500
Price based on one apartment, lower rates offered where booking both apartments

Weekend: £250-£500
Prices based on one apartment and we offer discounts to groups booking both Lower & Upper apartments. Ideal for larger family groups.

Additional Details 

Additional options- house keeping, DIY breakfasts
We know all guests want different levels of service when away. We can offer a daily, mid stay or end of stay cleaning service. This might suit a larger group to avoid disharmony over cleaning up. But don't worry about the dishes both apartments have dishwashers. Just pop dishes in and switch it on ( we supply dishwasher tablets) We can also provide DIY breakfasts and leave the cupboards & fridge stocked with breakfast items. Special diets ok.
