Bedrooms & Sleeping
Three Double Bedrooms.Bedroom 1 has a Super-King Sized Bed and Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed. The third bedroom has a double bed. There is a TV in both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2.
Living & Facilities
Kitchen/Diner/LoungeModern and Luxurious Open Plan Kitchen with Breakfast Bar, leading into the Dining Area and then into the Lounge. In the kitchen is a family sized fridge/freezer, double oven electric cooker with gas hob,microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine.
Dining areaThe Dining Area has a Large Oak Dining table that comfortably seats six people. There is also another breakfast bar with 2 stools, and a two seater reclining leather sofa for after dinner relaxation.
Lounge AeaThe lounge has a White Leather Corner Unit which seats five/six people and a Swivel Love Seat. There is a flat screen TV and DVD player.
Garden RoomThe Garden Room leads off from the kitchen. It has a settee and a music centre and displays original art paintings. It also has patio doors that open up onto the outdoor patio which leads to the garden/beach.
Bathroom.Modern Bathroom has a Corner Bath with washbasin and toilet.
Shower RoomNewly refurbished modern shower room with washbasin and toilet.
Location & Surroundings
Local AttractionsBrean Down is a short walk along the beach and is one of the landmarks of the Somerset Coastline. There are two cafes, a small visitor centre and a bird garden at the foot of the Down. As you climb the 100 metres to the top you will be met with spectacular views across the region. As you walk the mile and a half to the end of the Down, you will find a Victorian Fort. Not for the faint hearted but an exhilarating day out.
For the KidsIn the main strip of the village is Unity Farm which has the biggest fun park in the South west of England, and a Water Park with indoor and outdoor pools for all the family to enjoy. There are many other attractions in the village such as crazy golf, amusement arcades, ice cream parlours, restaurants, shops, and cafes. Many of the clubs offer free entertainment every evening.
Close By...Nearby are the stunning Cheddar Gorge and Wookey Hole Caves, all set in miles of National Trust land. The Mendip and Quantock Hills are also within easy reach and makes for a perfect holiday for walkers and pet owners.Glastonbury Tor, Wells Cathedral and the Roman Baths are all within easy driving distance.
Directions & Getting Here
Arriving By Car: Leave the M5 at Junction 22 and follow the signs for Brean. At the Esso Garage roundabout, turn right onto Berrow Road and continue through Berrow and into Brean. Continue onto Warren Road and Otters is next door to Seaside Bungalow.
Arriving By Train: The nearest train station is either Weston-Super-Mare or Highbridge.
Nearest Airport: Bristol Airport is about forty minutes away located on the A38 North. Head for Burnham on Sea and follow instructions given above.

Welcome note...I am very happy to introduce you to Otters Summer Holiday Home in the Beautiful Coastal Village of Brean.I was born in Somerset and live in Brean with my family and my dogs. Therefore I will be close by to help you in any way I can, and also to provide you with any local information that you may require. I provide a high standard of personal care and cleanliness and will do all I can to ensure you have an enjoyable and stress free holiday.
Pets welcome.As dog lovers ourselves, we are very happy for you to bring your beloved pets. The garden is safe and secure and the beach is dog friendly all year round. There are lots of walks, along the beach, around Warren Farm, and up to the top of Brean Down, if you have the stamina! The climb is worth it for the stunning views. Brean is a perfect location for you and your 'best friends' to enjoy some time together just having fun.
