Bedrooms & Sleeping 

Bedroom 1
Bedroom 1 has a full size double bed with bedside cabinets and lamps, full size wardrobe and chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. There is also a trouser press in this room and plenty of plug sockets for charging your phones and laptops.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has a small double bed with bedside cabinets and lamp also with a built in wardrobe and plenty of storage. This bedroom also has 2 z-beds stored in here for additional beds if needed

Bedroom 3
Bedroom 3 has a single bed with a 'pull out'single bed underneath to accommodate 2 adults , a dressing table and wardrobe.Views of the beach and the Greensward.

Living & Facilities 

Lounge/dining area
The lounge is bright and airy with fantastic sea views from the balcony accessed via sliding doors. The lounge is equipped with a television and DVD player and free WIFI. There are 2 comfy sofas and foot stalls to rest your feet after a day on the beach!

Dining Area
The dining area in the lounge has a glass table which can accommodate 6 people comfortably the side board contains additional crockery if it needed. Window with views to Walton on the Naze and Harwich

The Kitchen
The Kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, washer-dryer, new dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The cupboards are well stocked with crockery, glassware, cutlery and cookware. There kitchen also has a microwave and kettle. There is a waste disposal.Views over Frinton on sea and Harwich

Toilet & Bathroom
These are two separate areas, the bathroom has a full size bath with mixer taps with shower and a separate over the bath shower and a sink. The toilet also contains a sink.

The Balcony
The Balcony is a wonderful area with fantastic views along the coast. A chance to observe the regular comings and goings into the port of Harwich. Please take care if you have small children staying with you at The Apartment .

Location & Surroundings 

Beach Location
The Apartment is situated on The Esplanade overlooking The Greensward with views of the sea and surrounding areas.You really need not travel further but if you do Walton on the Naze is a short walk away and a train ride back is good fun. Clacton on Sea is also nearby, if you arrive by car you can visit Harwich, Ipswich and the historic town of Colchester with its castle and excellent shopping ..

Connaught Avenue
A walk up the high street in Frinton on Sea has everything you need for your holiday, excellent fishmongers, butchers and bakers not forgetting numerous restaurants and coffee shops. Frinton on Sea even has a pub and fish & chip shop.

The Beach
Frinton Beach is swept twice a day by the incoming tide ,so its worth keeping an eye on the tidal time table if you are to get the best from the beach .

Cricket Club Tennis Club and Golf Club
Frinton has some great amenities with regular matches at Frinton Cricket club and public assess to both Tennis and golf Clubs

McGregor Hall
The Frinton Summer Theatre is a must do and tickets sell out fast .so if you are in Frinton during the summer theatre weeks be sure to buy your tickets in advance .

Directions & Getting Here 

Arriving By Car: From the A12 take the A133 to Weeley and then the B1033 right through to Frinton on Sea, cross those famous gates and you will be in Connaught Avenue and The Apartment is along The Esplanade that runs all along the front at Frinton on Sea.

Arriving By Train: Frinton on Sea has its own train station and trains are frequent from Colchester station. The Apartment is a short walk away from the station but taxis are available if needed.

Nearest Airport: The nearest airport is Stansted Airport but with Gatwick Airport just a 2 hour drive away this makes a perfect location for our long distance travellers.

Tariff & Pricing 

Week: £560-£630
The prices shown are per week with check in on a Saturday at 2 pm in the afternoon and check out by 10.00 am the following Saturday Morning. This price includes free WiFi and there are no additional charges.

Short Break: £310-£450
There is limited Midweek availability during the summer season but Midweek bookings are available throughout October, November, January, February & March. Check in on a Monday after 2 pm and check out by 10.00 am on a Friday Morning

Weekend: £210-£360
There is limited weekend availability during the summer season but weekends are available throughout October, November, January, February & March. Check in on a Friday after 2 pm and check out by 10.00 am on a day Monday Morning

Prices start at £26.25 per night per person for a nights stay for a weekend away
